This is another challenging project, we were invited to design in 2021, where the site is located at Moratuwa.
The existing house was located on a narrow land strip. The client’s core requirement was to prevent demolition, where the Architect had implemented only interior designing with core concept of having efficient space utilization.
After discussing with the client, the brief of requirements have been properly defined making the architectural brief. The child of client who was a girl with vivid wonderful ideas inspired the architect to design the study room and her room with a passion of enjoyment.
